This is the first post. I'll keep track of some of some runs and probably the fantasy baseball season to start.
Last run was the Fells 32 in MA. Got there about a minute after the start and was able to get dressed in time to take off only a few mins late. Very fun run with the temps much colder than expected, the trail much rockier than expected, and a lot more hills than expected. Happy to finish.
Next up is the Boston Marathon. Qualified by 5 seconds last fall and got into the race after two hours of repeated efforts on the website last fall. Knees are still very sore from the Rocky Raccoon in Feb so not really sure what to expect. Most nervous now about the race start. 27,000 people at the start will be something new. Still some time for a couple long runs between now and race day so will definitely push at least two more to see what happens, hopefully only good things.
John Lester pitched awful, but I'm still confident he'll be in the top 3 for Cy Young in 2011 so not too worried about his opening day.
